how to unblock the downloading through squid proxy server in redhat linux 9.0?

I have installed redhat linux 9.0 with squid proxy installed and configured.using this proxy my client machines are able to connect to the internet but not able to download any file from internet.

You have to choices - enable the download configuration on the Squid, see more resources here about this:

or you disable caching proxy on the clients.

Redhat linux is free or paid. If it is free the please anybody tell me the URL for download it?

Red Hat Enterprise Linux isn't free as in beer, though obviously remains free as in speech. CentOS Linux is 100% compatible with RHEL, and is basically RHEL with the Red Hat branding stripped away.
